家主は自ら作業を依頼することができません。家の解体は順番待ちです。

そして外部地域からこの解体作業に参加・手助けすることはできません。

法規制が１つの障壁になっています。

津波避難所まで330m。ガイド・マップは瓦礫と化していました。

But the ship is really lacking, the nets were torn. Though those are power to live.
